  4.              FINDER'S FEES--THE EASIEST MONEY YOU'LL EVER MAKE

  7.                All you need to start is a typewriter, a business
  8.           letterhead, and a telephone.  A finder is nothing more
  9.           than a matchmaker who works for a fee.  The
  10.           professional finder simply matches qualified buyers
  11.           with qualified sellers.  A finder is not a preseller,
  12.           dealer, representative, or agent.

  14.                It is not uncommon for a professional finder to
  15.           earn over $100,000 a year.  One finder earned $75,000
  16.           per month for five years.  He saw a newsletter item
  17.           offering 10,000 barrels of crude oil per day for five
  18.           years.  Putting that seller together with a buyer at a
  19.           small refinery, he earned a fee of only 25¢ per barrel,
  20.           but that was enough to bring him $75,000 every month
  21.           for five years.

  23.                How about trading less than $1 in postage and a
  24.           couple of hours of easy work for $100?  That's not a
  25.           big fee, but it was so easy another finder couldn't
  26.           pass it up.  Reading a collector's magazine, he came
  27.           across an ad seeking some college memorabilia from a
  28.           college near his home.  He made some local telephone
  29.           calls, located the items wanted, wrote a letter, and
  30.           earned an easy $100.

  33.           entrepreneur, who has been a professional finder for

  63.           saw each other's listings in the same newsletter.

  65.           over $25,000 each.
